Spicy BBQ Chicken Flatbread

If you are looking for something fun, delicious, and easy look no further. This BBQ Chicken flatbread is quick and forgiving (people put a lot of different stuff on pizza). Start with some flatbread that you can get in the bakery section of your grocery store, some BBQ sauce, onion slices, sliced jalapeño, cheese, and chicken. I did a basic salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder seasoning on the chicken and cooked it on medium-high heat on the stove top, then took it off to rest. I added some hot chili sauce to my BBQ sauce to give it a spark, then covered the flatbread with olive oil, and then the BBQ sauce. I covered it with various cheeses I had on hand including mozzarella and shredded pepper jack. Then, I cut up my chicken and spread it across the flatbread followed by the onions and jalapeño slices. Top it off with some more cheese and get in it the oven at 400° F and cook for around 15 minutes, or until the cheese is browning and the dough is crispy. (This was a precooked flatbread, not raw dough). Once its done, go ahead and throw some sea salt, olive oil, oregano, and fresh chopped basil. Cut up the hot and melty flatbread up and pass it around. Everyone will love this tangy, spicy, cheesy lunch or dinner. It takes no time at all and you can clean up while your flatbread is in the oven to save yourself some time afterwards. You can really get creative with this so there is no excuse for someone not to love it. Munch on
